We at Jim’s Surface Solutions are a newly branded division (formerly Jim’s Paving) and are planning on growing the brand to have franchisees operating in Australia wide and New Zealand. We are providing a variety of surface solution services from epoxy flooring, epoxy flake flooring, resurfacing, sealing, paving, resin bound to the most advanced decorative coating systems.
The Jim’s Surface Solutions Division (formerly Paving division) has been a part of the Jim’s Group since 2000. Being a part of the group means we share its passion for customer service. In 2023 Jim’s Surface Solutions is introducing epoxy flooring, sealing, and resurfacing to its services offering customers the same Jim’s service but even more surface solutions and decorating options. We use only the best products on every job.

Our Franchisees decide exactly what services they want to offer, in which areas and on which days. We never give Franchisees work they do not want. So when we page out a lead, we expect it to be followed up promptly. We expect our Franchisees to turn up on time, wearing a full uniform, and to at least satisfy the customer. Ideally, we aim to amaze them with the quality of our service.
